We want you to love your MOTHER denim, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and the packing slip are included.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
